How it works
You submit your vacancy
Role, number, hours, start date, salary.
You sign the placement agreement
Digitally, short, in Dutch; we start the same day.
You receive anonymised profiles
and choose who you speak to.
You hire the candidate
on a permanent contract with you; only then do we invoice.
We arrange the move
flight, first month's housing, municipal registration (BSN) and help with the move to a normal rental.
Terms
- €5,000 ex VAT per placement, one-off; no hourly rate, no monthly fees.
- Invoiced when the employment contract is signed, 14-day terms.
- No placement, no fee.
- 60-day guarantee: if it does not work out, one replacement at no extra cost. No refund.

Are you an employment agency?
No. The candidate gets a permanent contract directly with you; we are not the employer.
Where do the candidates come from?
From the EU, through our partner agencies in Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia and Latvia, and through our own recruiting.
Do they speak Dutch?
Usually not yet. Every profile lists languages and level.
Where do they live?
The first month is arranged; after that we help with a rental. Own housing is fine too.
How quickly can we start?
We start the day you sign the placement agreement.
What do you do with candidate data?
Profiles are anonymised first; names and contact details only at interview stage, with the candidate's consent.
